DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

Yes we ship internationally! BUT for now, due to COVID-19, we only ship to Canada and USA.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?

For shipments to Canada and USA, please allow 8-10 business days for your package to arrive. Due to COVID-19, we are not able to ship packages to most countries, so for now we are putting a pause on our international shipments. Please allow us 2-5 business days to process your order.

(Please keep in mind that the delivery times we give you are estimates only. The actual delivery time will have many contributing factors.)

HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?

You will receive a confirmation email with your order number when your order is processed. You will also receive an email once your package ships where you can estimate day of the arrival of your order. Please allow 2-5 business days for us to process your order.

CAN I RETURN MY ORDER FOR A REFUND?

We accept order cancellations requested within 12 hours of purchase. Please note that refunds may take up to 10 business days to appear in your account. If there is a fault with the product, we will happily exchange or replace your item. You can return the product within 10 days of receiving it. Please email sabaartgallery9@gmail.com and provide your full name, order number and reason for your return and we’ll be happy to assist you.
